Hi, I’m Nessa O’Gorman
A High Performance Wellness Coach and Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach with over two decades of corporate experience leading global teams, giving me deep, first-hand insight into the challenges and pressures leaders face.
My coaching is grounded in functional medicine, an evidence-based approach that looks beneath the surface to understand the root causes of fatigue, stress, burnout and lack of purpose, helping you rebuild lasting energy through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes.
I know what it’s like to live in “always-on” mode and how quickly success can come at the cost of your health. My own turning point led me to retrain and dedicate my career to helping professionals transform their energy, performance and wellbeing.
I coach the whole person, not just the professional.
Beyond my corporate background, I’m also a wife and mother of two girls, so I understand the constant juggle of trying to do it all — the pressure to perform at work, keep home life running and still find time for yourself.
I know the exhaustion that comes from spinning multiple plates and the frustration of knowing what to do, but never quite finding the space or energy to do it.
My approach bridges the gap between professional excellence and personal vitality. Health and wellness aren’t optional extras; they’re fundamental to both performance and fulfilment.
