Hi, I’m Nessa

I’m a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. I help people take control of their health and wellness by focusing on realistic lifestyle changes and real food to help you rebalance and reclaim your health. I draw on 20+ years experience in senior positions in the Corporate world and love working with people to help them achieve their health & wellness goals, and creating more time, energy, & impact, to live a balanced, vibrant, and fulfilling life.

 In today's busy world,  I understand the struggle of trying to juggle it all while putting your self-care on the back burner. It doesn't have to be that way.

I believe sustainable wellbeing is built on the pillars of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, recovery, and meaningful connections. As your coach, I am committed to helping you unlock your full potential by helping you become more aware of how your daily actions in these areas, influence your overall health and wellbeing. I’ll guide you to create sustainable habits that align with your goals, empowering you to thrive and live a balanced, vibrant and fulfilling life. I take a holistic approach that goes beyond addressing symptoms and surface-level solutions to help you uncover and address the root causes of imbalances that may be holding you back.

My signature talks

The Body-Boosting workshops discuss how lifestyle factors can play a fundamental role in your health. The bespoke workshop which can run between 1-3 hours, look at  practical ways to boost energy levels, support the immune system, help the body cope with stress as well as increasing the production of serotonin and the other feel good hormones without the need for sugar. The workshop will be delivered in a positive and interactive way, with information packs and workbooks for all participants.
